I have worked in the information technology field since 2009. I have been a quality assurance analyst, back-end developer, front-end developer, and business analyst.

I graduated in May 2010 from North Carolina State University in Raleigh NC, majoring in computer science and minoring in cognitive science. I am a 2006 graduate of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics in Durham NC.

Under the direction of Dr. Nagiza Samatova, I contributed to a textbook entitled Practical Graph Mining With R, which was published in July 2013. I co-authored a chapter on cluster analysis.

I became an Eagle Scout in April 2006. I am also a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow, the national honor society of the Boy Scouts of America.
